Prudential, American Group Referral Service is a real estate brokerage offering one of the least expensive options for real estate licensees in the State of Nevada to keep an ‘active’ license, eliminating the expense of Las Vegas REALTOR® membership dues and ongoing monthly fees.

Our Referral Associates pay an annual Affiliation Fee of only $100!  

The basis for this referral program is to provide licensees with the opportunity to turn their valuable leads into commission income. Referral Associates generate income in the form of referral fees by simply providing a name and phone number of a prospective client, allowing a partner REALTOR® to do the ‘legwork, and initiate, negotiate, and close the transaction. Referral Associates may also register clients at New Home communities, generating commissions in the form of new home sales.

Broker support is always available to personally assist in the placement of any referral leads in Nevada or across the country.

Unlimited earning potential allows our Referral Associates to earn as much and as many referral fees or new home commissions as their contacts and initiative can muster, without pressure, without obligation and at their own pace.

ATTRACTIVE 80% SPLIT:

Referral Associates receive an attractive 80% split of negotiated referral fees or new home commissions (less applicable fees) generated by any of your registered leads resulting in a closed transaction.

Example of Referral Fee Payout to Referral Associate:

Referred Listing sells for $350,000.00 with 3% paid to referred Listing side:

$350,000 x .03 = $10,500.00 (total REALTOR commission)

*25% Referral fee calculated on total commission: $10,500.00 x 25% = $2,625.00

$2,625.00 (total referral fee) x 80% = $2,100.00 agent split

$2,625.00 (total referral fee) x 2.75% = $72.19 admin fee**

$2,100.00 agent split – $72.19 admin fee =

$2,027.81 paid to Referral Associate!

The balance is retained by American Group Referral Service Brokerage.

The same formula applies on the referral of a Buyer as well as New Home Commissions (a separate Transaction Fee applies to new home transactions).

*Referral fees are negotiable, although the industry standard is 25%, many Referral Associates have developed REALTOR relationships in support of a higher referral fee.

**Admin Fee is equal to 2.75% of earned income. New Home Transactions incur a $500 Transaction Fee and will represent the full commission collected by the Builder.

 

LICENSEE CONSIDERATIONS:

Important areas to consider:

• Referral Associates are not affiliated with GLVAR or NAR, cannot maintain REALTOR status or MLS Membership.
• Referral Associates are not covered by E&O insurance and therefore cannot discuss price, terms or negotiations, and cannot represent clients in any resale transaction whether Buyer, Seller, Lessee or Lessor.
• Referral Fees are negotiable, paid by the agent handling the transaction. 
• Referral Associates can refer agent direct, giving their referrals to the Prudential Sales Executive of their choice.
• Referral Associates can refer across the country utilizing Prudential’s expansive affiliate network.

Referral Associates may not:

• Show any resale property for sale (except resident managers or employees of a property management company who manage an apartment complex). Although Referral Associates may register clients at New Home Communities as stated above.
• Use keysafe/keybox key
• Discuss terms or conditions of a possible sale
• Discuss features of a property including location, schools or other features
• Discuss with or give MLS information to the public Discuss the content, relevance, importance or significance of documents or instruments with a principal or service provider.

 As an Independent Contractor, Licensees are responsible for state and local Business License fees, and Real Estate Division fees required for renewal of real estate licensees.
