Forecasters Say Las Vegas Homes to Experience 100+ Temperatures

After several days of cold temperature, Las Vegas homes temperature will slowly creep back
to over 100-degree mark on the later part of this afternoon. The National Weather
Service said that the temperature will go back to its normal-highs in the
middle part of this month.

Now is the time to chill up your drinks and
turn up your air conditioning, as said by the weather service, high pressures
will intensify over the Midwest through the early part of next week with low
pressure off the Pacific Northwest Coast. This would allow the temperatures to
warm in the afternoon at around 105 degrees as the locally breeze conditions
continue, weather forecasters said.

Forecasters also said that the monsoon moisture will crawl
back up from the southeast and will result in having chances of thunderstorms over
the Northwest Arizona area from today until Tuesday.

As of today, the McCarran International Airport which is near the vicinity
of Las Vegas homes was at 74 degrees, 5:56 a.m.
the normal low for today is at 79 degrees while the record low was at 62
degrees that was set in 1940.

In and around Las
Vegas homes
and the valley, temperatures were at 70 degrees at the North Las
Vegas , 67 Degrees at the Nellis Air Force Base and at Henderson Executive
Airport at 73 degrees as of 5:56 a.m. today. The temperatures in the valley
were to rise today by 9 a.m. at 97 degrees as said be the forecasters. The temperature
will go up to 98 degrees by noon time and will eventually reach a high of 103
degrees by 5 in the afternoon. The normal high for today is at 105 degrees
while the record high was recorded at 116 degrees that was set in 2005.

Meanwhile, temperatures are likely expected to drop at around 102
degrees by 6 in the afternoon and to continuously drop to 95 degrees by 9 p.m.
and will reach the 89-degree mark by midnight, forecasters said.

Forecasters also said that Monday’s morning low
will be at 80 degrees while Monday’s high will reach up to 104 degrees.
