Las Vegas Realtors of Prudential Americana Group Elected as Board Members for 2011

 

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors
has held its board member elections and not surprisingly, among those newly
elected are Las Vegas Realtors
of Prudential
Americana Group. The winners were announced by Rick Shelton, whose 1 year term
as president will end on Dec. 31. The new officers are namely, President Paul Bell, of
Prudential Americana Group; President-elect Kolleen Kelley, of Realty
Executives of Nevada; Vice President Bob Lamonte, of Better Homes and Gardens
Real Estate Desert Properties and Treasurer Kathryn Bovard, of Prudential
Americana Group.

Two current board members were appointed to complete the
remaining terms of two officers who has passed away. Until the end of 2010,
Kolleen Kelley will replace the late Min Melvin as vice president and Forrest
Barbee, a Las Vegas Realtor of Prudential Americana Group, was appointed to
replace the late Paula Smith as 2010 treasurer.

Local Realtors elected to serve as directors in 2011
includes Christopher Bishop, of Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas, Janet
Carpenter, of Realty One Group; Noah Herrera, of Platinum R.E. Professionals,
Heidi Kasama, a Las Vegas Realtor of
Prudential Americana Group and Nye County Director Mary Greenspan, of Greenspan
Brokerage.

There are also local Realtors who are not up for
re-election but will still continue serving as directors in 2011. These
includes Christine McNaught, of Windermere Prestige Properties, Fafie Moore, of
Realty Executives of Nevada, Trish Nash, of EXIT Realty Unlimited, Cheryl
Smith, of Act 1 Realty, David Tina, of Realty One Group and Gina Lyon, of
Keller Williams Realty Mesquite.

The Greater Las Vegas
Association of Realtors or GLVAR, was established in 1947 and provides
training, education and political representation for its nearly 12,500 local
members.
