Kathryn Bovard is proud to lead the Number 1 office for Las Vegas homes sales among all of Prudential’s North Americana network offices. She heads more than 400 Las Vegas Realtors, including Prudential’s top sales team and many other top-producing teams in the country.

Her office is renowned locally and in all of North America for its outstanding Las Vegas homes sales. Bovard relishes in coaching Las Vegas Realtors in business and real estate systems, aiming to increase their productivity, widen their exit strategies, and improve team building. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including top sales, effective management, and even owning her own brokerage.

She continues to teach classes in broker management, real estate blogging, contracts, agency, and ethics/law with her Nevada Real Estate Commission license. She has also been an instructor at one of the top yoga studios in Las Vegas, Yoga Sanctuary, for more than 5 years.
