‘America’s Got Talent’ winner Terry Fator lists his Vegas estate for $2 million with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties

Terry Fator, the “voice of entertainment” at The Mirage Resort & Casino and winner of ‘America’s Got Talent,’ is selling his Las Vegas mansion for $1.9 million. The 7,515 square foot residence is located on 1.94 acres in a neighborhood that has been home to several local celebrities including Wayne Newton and Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin.

The home was built in 1989 and Fator purchased it in 2012. It is located beyond ornate wrought iron gates with a  It includes four bedrooms, five baths, a media room, three fireplaces, an office, a three-car garage and a 1,200 square foot guest house.

Fator’s home is being sold by Frank Napoli II of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties. Napoli, who specializes in luxury real estate, said it is rare to find a single-story residence of this size on such a large home site. “You don’t often see the combination of the two in Las Vegas anymore,” said Napoli.
