A Henderson custom-home community has closed on the second-priciest local residential land sale of 2015.

Ascaya said Monday that sales brokers for the 313-lot neighborhood, under construction in the McCullough Mountains of Henderson, sold a $2.45 million plot at 9 Rockmont Court. The 1.6-acre site has “panoramic views” of the Strip and Red Rock Canyon, said Ascaya sales manager Darin Marques.

Luxury-sales team Shapiro & Sher Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties brokered the deal for Ascaya. See full article
