A custom estate fronting the DragonRidge Country Club golf course in Henderson, Nevada, that boasts views of the Las Vegas Strip has come onto the market for $7.4 million
Located in the coveted MacDonald Highlands community on nearly three-quarters of an acre of land, the 10,205-square-foot residence has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a four-car garage and a backyard with resort-style amenities, according to the listing with Zane Weber of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.
“The home perfectly showcases views of the Strip and golf course and offers spaces for every lifestyle, from a spacious fitness room and sauna to an in-home movie theater and private office rooms,” said Mr. Weber, who listed the property last week.
The seller, a local family, bought the land in 2010 for $560,000 and had the home custom built in 2012, property records show.
The home features natural stone in both exterior and part of the interior, including the gourmet kitchen with two center islands and the great room featuring a stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Authentic wood is used in ceiling beams, crown molding and wood plank ceilings throughout the home, the listing said
