Within 12 months of his appointment, he transformed the company’s structure and direction, implementing major initiatives such as personalized mentorship and coaching systems, a reimagined Nevada Real Estate Academy, and the launch of a mega office in Summerlin. He also introduced an AI Academy to train agents in ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence.

What is one habit you swear by?
“Clarity.” Your chances of making a good decision diminish greatly without it. Whether I’m leading a team, launching a new initiative or coaching an agent through a deal, I make sure we’re clear on the goal, the plan and the win. Clarity creates momentum.
